How we work

As a creative bunch we all love problem solving, high quality results and of course, happy customers. At Com2 our priority is meeting the needs of our customers which we do by building relationships with our clients and working together, listening and discussing ideas before delivering tailor-made results, with our top quality products and services.

Com2 is a social enterprise, which means that whilst we have financial goals – like any other business – we also have very important charitable goals and objectives. We are proud to be accredited with the industry standard Social Enterprise Mark, as well as members of Social Enterprise UK and Social Enterprise London.

Rather than lining the pockets of shareholders, we invest all our profits made from our commercial services straight back into our parent charity Jobs in Mind, a charity that helps people with mental health problems to gain a full recovery through vocational training and therapeutic support as well as providing support to find work and get back into the community.

We also provide volunteering opportunities and permitted work placements in a range of different roles, including across all the Com2 services. To find out more about our charitable work, including downloadable role descriptions and application forms, visit the Jobs in Mind website.

Our dedication and values – not to mention quality and value for money – have won us many satisfied customers in both the public and private sectors, and enabled us to continue to help the more vulnerable members of our community.

We are very proud of our creative social enterprise. Get in touch with us and find out what we can do for you.
