Events package
Promotional materials and pictures
In partnership with Com2 Graphic Design & Print we can print and design any events related materials – invitations, tickets, RSVP cards, leaflets, flyers, vouchers, posters, banners, event literature, delegate packs, thank you cards, reports etc.
We can also print oversized banners and signs for internal or external use to advertise the event.
With Com2 Picture framing we can mount posters and event information on foam board for professional and strong internal signage. Frame event information, posters, photos or memorabilia for event decoration or to record the event once it’s over.
We can also provide photographers to capture the event for your publicity, website or just memories. Photo shoots can take place at any location and to any brief, with images provided in a range of sizes and formats.
Online coverage
With Com2 Web design we can create an event website or amend your existing site to include important information and features, such as new pages, interactive maps, links to other sites, online registration/payments,e-newsletters, blogs, forums, intranets, post event coverage and images/videos.
