Working for Wellness
Working for Wellness are an NHS organisation working to improve access to psychological therapies for Londoners. Having grown organically, their original site was suffering from a lacklustre design, cluttered navitation and labyrinthine sitemap, with many of their most in demand resources difficult to find.
Using their analytics data, we helped to reorganise the site content and navigation, removing unused cruft and focussing on the most popular resources; the site design was cleaned up and streamlined to address accessibility and usability issues, and to enable visitors to quickly find the content they needed. We worked with the client to improve the SEO and usability of their copy throughout the site.
We would like to thank the whole team at Community Views for the excellent work they have done in redeveloping our website – www.workingforwellness.org.uk. A thoroughly professional approach was adopted throughout the project. We particularly liked the team’s creative input to get a much better end product. We would recommend them to others for any similar web development assignments.

Brent Mind – Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Online Booking System
Brent Mind is one of the largest Mind associations in the UK and has been helping the residents of Brent, London for over 35 years. After redesigning their main website, they asked us to create a website for their Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service delivered in partnership with the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. They asked us to create a booking system to enable Brent residents to browse and book Cognitive Behavioural Therapy courses online.
For this project, we built a bespoke database application to list each of the courses and their details, browseable by name and date, including a course calendar, google maps for each course location, and an easy-to-use registration and booking system. A custom content management system was built to enable the site owners to easily add, update and delete courses, modify pages in the site and manage a document store of downloadable PDF documents.
We were very happy with the development of the website and felt the follow up was particularly helpful. We received bespoke training in developing the website and have had very responsive and flexible support whenever we have needed to update the content for a rapidly developing and evolving service.

Certitude
Certitude was formed from the merger of Southside Partnership and Support for Living, two organisations providing support for people with mental health problems and learning difficulties. The group supports over 1,700 people with learning disabilities or mental health support needs in London boroughs and neighbouring counties.
Certitude asked us to create a new site to promote the new Certitude brand and provide a common portal for the merged organisations.
The site was designed to be clean, attractive and user-friendly, and to conform with existing brand guidelines. We used the wonderful WordPress [wordpress.org] content management system to create the site, with easy to use content management features including blogging functionality for regular news items. We also incorporated additional functionality including configurable image slideshows, polls, google maps, contact forms and basic social media integration.
Working with Com2 was a pleasure. They listened carefully to our brief and were always keen to help and work with us as our ideas evolved over time. They have just finished working on a second website to act as a customer portal and again we are more than pleased with the results.
